All our systems can be secured by password access and further control can be taken with disabling download ability for unauthorised activity. Generally software doesn’t require updates when you upgrade your operating system. We have had software that was 5 years old when the client upgraded to Windows Vista, and there was no problem at all. However, we cannot guarantee that your software will work forever as we have no control over changes made to your operating systems, for example Microsoft Windows operating systems – we never quite know what they’ll come up with next. However if you tell us in advance of any changes you are planning to make we can work with you to ensure that your software will keep running smoothly during the transition.

Be assured that you will not be abandoned once we have delivered your solution. In fact we guarantee it – all of our software is guaranteed bug free for life. In addition to that there is always a 3 month period after your software is installed when we will fix anything that’s not quite the way you want it for free. We are always available to help you with issues. However, our goal is that the software is so easy to use that you really don’t need our help!
